One’s personality is accounted as an important identity of one person. Practically, this fact is an accepted matter that everyone in the society recognizes. It could be noticed too that the different environments that a person gets acquainted with affects his personality so much as he develops into maturity. Lessons learned in life are among those that leave a mark on a person and how he or she tends to carry himself or herself in public. Assessment tests on the other hand are particular tools used to help one improve himself towards the kind of person that he is supposed to be. Undoubtedly, this could be seen to as a very useful measurement that one needs to be able to asses himself thus enabling him to recognize his strengths and weaknesses making it easier for him to pinpoint which of his attributes need to be adjusted and which ones are actually commendable.

Agreeableness, which resulted to 74% just as well, notes the empathetic capability of the author of this assessment. Apparently, his capability to share thoughts with others also enables him to feel for them practically referring to feelings of empathy. Basically, it could be noticed that through this part of the assessment, the author is assured that his asset is that of the connection that he has with others and the emotional realization that he has when he deals with others that are either close to him or not. Neuroticism receives a result of 84%, which is so far the highest percentage received, notes the level of anxiety that is usually dealt with by the author. It goes to assure that as he intend to relate to the situations of others through his capability of being able to agree and become an extravert, he feels the need to do something and is thus easily confused and anxious over the possibilities of him being able to generate change on the lives of others whom he feels for.

Yes, an individual’s personality reveals much of who a person really is. Being able to know the strengths and weaknesses of an individual gives that certain person a chance to adjust himself to becoming an individual that he really wants to be that could likely affect not only himself but also that of the other individuals living around him.
